SPRING IS IN THE AIR!

My Feet Podiatry and Chiropody Clinic

With the brighter days finally arriving, many of us are looking forward to getting outdoors and staying active. However, transitioning from heavy winter boots to lighter footwear (or increased activity) can often lead to unexpected aches and pains.

At the clinic, we believe that foot health is the foundation of overall mobility. Whether you are training for a 5k or just want to walk to the shops comfortably, we are here to support every step.

As we head into a new season, now is the perfect time for a professional check-up. Over the winter, skin can become dry and nails can become neglected. A routine podiatry appointment includes:

  • Hard skin and callus removal for immediate comfort.

  • Professional nail care to prevent ingrown issues.

  • Biomechanical advice

Expert Tip: Don’t wait for pain to book an appointment. Preventive care is the best way to stay mobile all year round!
